01 Cancellation Policy
Tickets booked on Shree MD Travels can be cancelled online directly via the User Dashboard before the departure time. The cancellation charge depends on the time of cancellation prior to the journey.

02 Refund Processing
After a successful cancellation, the eligible refund amount is automatically processed back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
- Standard Processing Time: Refunds generally take 5 to 7 working days to reflect securely in your bank account from the time the cancellation is processed.
- Failed Bookings: If payment is deducted from your account but the ticket booking fails, full payment will be refunded to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
03 Exceptions
If the bus is cancelled by us due to technical issues, weather conditions, or any unforeseeable circumstances, passengers will be entitled to a 100% refund without any cancellation fee deductions.
