01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Shree MD Travels. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
02 Booking and Payments
All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and all passengers.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- A convenience fee and platform fee may apply to each transaction.
- Shree MD Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not successfully processed.
03 Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds will be processed according to the following cancellation policy guidelines based on the time of cancellation prior to departure:

| 72+ hours | 100% Refund of base fare |
| 36 - 72 hours | 80% Refund |
| 18 - 36 hours | 50% Refund |
| 12 - 18 hours | 25% Refund |
| 0 - 12 hours | 0% Refund |
04 Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during the journey. The following rules must be adhered to:
- Report to the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Carry a valid government-issued ID card.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the bus.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
05 Limitation of Liability
Shree MD Travels operates all buses directly to ensure the highest quality of service. While we strive to provide the best and most punctual service possible, we are not liable for unforeseeable delays, accidents, or force majeure events that may occur during the journey.
Our liability is limited only to the amount of the booking fee paid by the user.
